Even if you buy stock mountings from standard mounting houses to set these stones yourself, they usually come in specific sizes for specific millimeter diamonds that restrict the amount of stones that can be used. BBWorks, however, uses your melee, whatever the millimeter size is, and sets any amount of stones that you specifically desire, without pre-set limitations. Since they are machine set from a solid die struck blank, we can cut the channel to suit your individual stone layout. We can modify the width and height of the ring, mill-grain or v-edge the piece, and in fact, provide any size head in the center for a semi-mount or matching ring set. We can flat-shank or inside-round the ring for strength and comfort, and can also two-tone the ring rather than being restricted by monotone, as are most other re-mounting services.
The best part of all this is that you can send BB Works a mixed lot or parcel of stones and we will measure them by size, sort them by quality and make, and color match them for you. Then we will send you a spreadsheet of our work, offer suggestions on what we can provide based on your requests, discuss the possibilities, and give you a firm quote on your costs prior to doing any finished work. If you want to see exactly what our finished product will look like, we can pre-mount a piece or two so that you can be satisfied that our work will compliment the quality you expect, before proceeding with the total job.
