Our experienced staff can organize your goods by quality, size and color, and are prepared to add whatever is needed to finish your item in additional matching stones at very reasonable cost.
It is the policy of BBWorks to advise you of any discrepancies in the goods you provide to us as regards mismatched size, quality, or color before setting these in a finished product. If, for example, you send us ten diamonds to set and we determine that one will stand out noticeably against the others, we will advise you to either send us a replacement or allow us to replace one, prior to commencing the job.
